I am really touched for so many old friends and two new friends came to last night's programme.
And I am also glad that I can say so much the first time.
Of course, I find that Corial is making big progress, too.
All these encouraged me and I am eager to improve myself asap.
Following are some lessons I got .
1. It's better to prepare some interesting stories to share with team members before discussion,
so that everybody will have someting to talk about.
2. Host should control the whole process and don't let somebody occupy too much time,
which is unfair for other person. And otherwise, they will feel frustrated.
3.Host would better say something to respond everybody's words.
It can be short and simple, but full of wisdom.
4.Should prepare all the materials and have a try before the grogramme starts.
5.Send ppt. files to everybody in advance so that they can find some useful words
from internet to support their presentation.
6.Don't be shy, just try.
7.Improve oral english and enlarge vocabulary gradually..
8.Practise everyday, never stop, even 5 minutes is OK.
I believe we can make our dream come true.
Yes, I want to be somebody, who is myself, with self-confidence and graceful behaviors.^_&
