Dear OFD-RMA owners and all,
Now my job function of OFD RMA control has been transferred to Lina, our sweet and smart assistant.
I believe you will support her as strongly as did to me in the past half year.
Finally, I’d like to repeat two points here:
1. Before system of RMA is set up, still need RMA owners’ effort to maintain concerned RMA info on server timely. Don’t forget that our simple mistake or slight delay will cause inconvenience for other dept. especially stock.
2. Remember clearly that DOA should be pulled back to MSL to reduce loss. And anything happens that is beyond our power, it is necessary to highlight to our team leaders or Boss.
